Great news! Olympic Gold Medalist Jeremy Linn will be at warm-ups for VCAC Champs displaying his Olympic Gold medal and autographing swim caps!
Here is the Meet Announcement for our 3rd Annual Virginia Christian Athletic Conference Championship Meet at the Freedom Fitness and Aquatic Center on Saturday, February 10, 2024, with first warm-up at 1:00 p.m. Seton swimmers, please be on deck ready to stretch at 12:39 p.m.
For Diving, we will use an 11-Dive Championship Meet format with warm-up beginning at 10:00 a.m. and the competition beginning at 10:35 a.m.
All entries are due by the Wednesday before the Meet at 6:00 p.m.
Virginia Swimming has approved the Meet to be USA Observed so times will count for USA Swimming qualifications.
The meet will be streamed live on the Seton Swimming Highlights YouTube channel at: https://setonswimming.org/videos/

Parents from all participating teams, please sign-up to help with Timing and Stroke & Judging here. Each team has been assigned the responsibility for timing one or more lanes (see below).
