Fresh from the trap to your table! Fresh seafood is the Kenna family business. We are the DC Metro Area’s finest source of fresh seafood and Maine lobster.

Below is all the information you need for our Seton Homecoming Invitational Meet at the Freedom Center on Saturday, December 20, 2025.  Please read it carefully.

This meet will feature alumni swimming with us as exhibition entries in the 200 Medley Relay and 50 Free.  We are also offering the opportunity to swim 50 Fly in some exhibition heats.  This will count towards your event total, but it will not count in the Meet scores.

Parents from all participating teams, please sign-up to help by using the following Sign-up Genius links:

  • Diving Judging and Stroke & Judging (2 per team) here.
  • Timers sign up here. Each team has been assigned the responsibility for timing one or more lanes.  See your team’s lane assignments on the warm-up schedule, below.
  • Hospitality contributions here.
  • We will be experimenting with a paid concession stand at this Meet.  It will be in the hallway near the entrance to the pool area.

These links are also on the Home page of www.setonswimming.org.

The meet will be streamed live on the Seton Swimming Highlights YouTube channel at: https://setonswimming.org/videos/

Seton Group 1 and 2 Divers will start stretching starting at 8:44 a.m.  Diving Warm-up begins at 9:00 a.m.   The Diving competition will begin with the Prayer and National Anthem at 9:55 a.m.

Seton Swimmers should be in the racquetball courts warming up at 12:39 p.m.   Seton’s in-water warm-up begins at 1:00.  The Swimming competition will begin with a prayer and the National Anthem at 2:06 p.m.

Remember that my philosophy for entries during the month of December is to get kids in the maximum number of different events I can.  It is impossible to do for everyone, but I try to get as many kids as possible to swim all eight (8) individual events during the season.  For the new swimmers, you can pretty much count on swimming Breaststroke and Butterfly this week, which should line up nicely with the stroke progressions we are doing in practice.
