Below is all the information you need for our Seton Winter Invitational Meet at the Freedom Center on Saturday, January 14, 2023. Many of our top swimmers will be in Baltimore at National Catholics so this meet should provide plenty of great opportunities for other swimmers to shine. I will travel back and forth between both meets so I can see all of your great swimming personally!

The meet will be streamed live on the Seton Swimming Highlights YouTube channel at: https://setonswimming.org/videos/
We will have Diving practice before this meet, and then our top Divers, Coach Keapproth, and I will travel up to Loyola Baltimore for National Catholics.
Seton Swimmers should be stretching at 12:59 p.m. – Please note that this is 20 minutes later than normal because we will only need two (2) warm-up sessions rather than the normal three (3).
