Congratulations to the Girls of Trinity Christian School and the Boys from Seton School for taking home the traveling Championship trophies for the 14th Annual VISAA Division II Invitational Championship.

Congratulations also go out to Swimmers of the Meet Noah Nichols and Allison Langenburg, both from the Steward School in Richmond, VA.  Allison set a new meet record in the Girls 200 Free (1:52.90) and Noah set a new meet record in the Boys 100 Breaststroke (56.34, not a typo!).

Other Meet Records were broken by Kaitlyn Sullivan of Williamsburg Christian Academy in Girls 100 Breaststroke (1:06.52), Avery Cronin of Hampton Roads Academy in Boys 100 Free (48.76), and Annalise Cornett of Trinity Christian School in Girls 200 Free (1:53.80)

In the Delaney Athletic Conference, we traditionally rescore this meet as a 3+ Dbl Dual Meet so we can get scores towards the DAC Conference Championship for teams that have not had a previous chance to meet.  Here is the DAC Dual Meet Scoring:

We have also traditionally allowed swims in this meet to count towards new Conference Records.  Congratulations to an amazing Trinity Christian Girls 200 Medley Relay who broke their own DAC Record with their 1:54.13!  Trinity Christian swimmer Annalise Cornett’s 200 Free time of 1:53.80 also broke the DAC record, taking down the previous record set back in 2015 by Highland School’s Reni Moshos.

Here are the new DAC Records going into DAC Champs next week:
