Below is all the information you need for our VCAC Regular Season Dual Meet Championship at the Freedom Center on Saturday, December 21, 2024.
This meet will allow everyone in the conference to compete head-to-head with everyone else in the conference with dual meet scoring to determine the VCAC Regular Season Champion. Please read the Meet information, below, carefully.

Seton Group 1 and 2 Divers will start stretching starting at 9:44 a.m. Diving Warm-up begins at 10:00 a.m. The Diving competition will begin with the Prayer and National Anthem at 10:55 a.m.
Seton Swimmers should be stretching at 12:39 p.m. Seton’s warm-up begins at 1:00. The Swimming competition will begin with a prayer and the National Anthem at 2:06 p.m.

Remember that my philosophy for entries during the month of December was to get kids in the maximum number of different events I can. This will be the first time during the season when I do our line-up in order to make our team as competitive as possible against the other teams in the VCAC. If I enter you as a scoring swimmer in an event, it will be because I think it gives Seton the best chance to win.
